Juventus Striker Faced Racist Abuse. Opposing President, His Own Teammates and Coach Blame Him.
On April 2, 2019 rising striker Moise Kean closed a game at the 85 minute mark with a goal putting Juventus up 2-0 away at Cagliari. What followed was mostly jeers mixed with animal and monkey chants at Kean, who celebrated his goal with his arms outstretched staring directly at his detractors. After the game, his own teammate Leonardo Bonucci said, "Kean should take 50% of the blame for his celebration."
Cagliari's president Tommaso Giulini also blamed the racist chants on the celebration instead of the fans. At only 19 years old, Moise has handled this adversity with only class and more goals. The great Leo Messi has celebrated in the historic rival Real Madrid Bernabeú stadium in the exact same manner added with his jersey off to show opposers his name he lives up to.
Moise is 0% at fault and deserves to be recognized for his breakout performance. We challenge our readers to find 1% of the blame in this celebration. If found, we will award this shirt for free.
